The respondent law firm of Fujiyama, Duffy, Fujiyama & Koshiba ("Fujiyama firm") represented the Petitioner, Dr. Edmund Wong ("Petitioner"), in a lawsuit and, during part of the same period, represented Respondent Transportation Lease Hawaii, Ltd. ("Trans Lease"), in another separate and distinct lawsuit in which Trans Lease sought damages against Petitioner.
